Wade Azmy, Founder and CEO
Prior to founding Pharos Coaching, Wade established his successful consulting practice providing guidance and support to CEO's, Boards and senior executives. Wade had previously worked for Hewlett Packard where he built his experience as a business executive with global practice and exposure in general management, marketing, sales and business development. Assignments involved businesses in Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and North America. Wade has extensive experience in coaching and he completed his Masters degree in Coaching Psychology at Sydney University.
David Richards, COO
David's business life has been focused around people. Starting in education, David moved into a long career in sports management nationally and internationally. His success was directly related to a capacity to build good management teams, through strong leadership and mentoring, allied with a capability of working effectively with Boards and senior executives from different cultures. He has had widespread international experience and is now applying his skills and energy to executive coaching.
