Wade Azmy is a highly experienced business executive with global practice and exposure in General Management, Marketing, sales and business development with previous assignments involving businesses in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China, Korea, Taiwan, India, Singapore, Malaysia, UK, USA and the Middle East for Hewlett Packard. He concluded his corporate career as global executive of Marketing responsible for reshaping the marketing strategy for a global professional service organisation. Prior to this Wade had experience in various general manager and director roles in organisations ranging from customer service, quality, sales and marketing within the IT and medical industries. Wade is known for his strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities. He also has experience in organizational development, relationship development, and human capital management.

Wade has been an agent and catalyst of change with direct involvement and ownership of businesses during spin offs, mergers, acquisitions, and major restructuring programs within different market cycles. His approach in dealing with the dilemmas of change is based on a unique blend of contingency or situational approach founded on system thinking perspective to enable the effectiveness of management action.

Wade has been involved in business coaching during and after his corporate career. He provides consulting and advisory services for businesses, executives' teams and senior decision makers. Wade’s experience has provided him with the unique ability to provide a broad range of insightful and innovative ideas in complex and challenging business environments.

Throughout his career Wade has focused on coaching and mentoring as means of developing and progressing of the management capabilities for any organisation he was involved with. He developed management teams in more than 12 countries and cultures; he successfully implemented succession and leadership initiatives as part of his management system. As the Founder of Pharos Coaching, Wade is focusing most of his resources on coaching, mentoring and devleopment of senior executives and board directors. Wade has completed a Master Degree of Coaching Psychology from Sydney University.

Wade is an Engineer with various qualifications in corporate and business management, including a Master of Business Administration and a Diploma of corporate marketing. He has been fortunate across his career with Hewlett Packard to have a structured advanced development and education programme provided by world class education authorities and professional mentors as part of his development to senior management positions.
