Stan Moore possesses extensive experience working with diverse groups including business owners and managers, politicians, unionists, association members, environmentalists and bureaucrats, which is complimented by his ability to think critically and strategically.

Stan's career has spanned executive roles in commodity and futures trading, merchant banking, manufacturing and more recently as the Chief Executive of industry associations and not-for-profit organizations. Apart from working closely with politicians, advisors and bureaucrats, Stan has worked closely with peak industry representative bodies and various retailer representative organizations in Australia and New Zealand. He has sat on the NSW Government review of the Farm Debt Mediation Act, NSW Government Poisons Advisory Committee, SOCOG Community Advisory Committee, and advisory committees of Food Standards Australia and New Zealand, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission and the Australian Taxation Office.

He is an advocate, facilitator and accredited mediator and has achieved successful outcomes for his clients in some very challenging environments.

He also possesses experience as a Director and Chair of Boards and has been instrumental in putting in place strategic planning processes, facilitating and developing strategic plans, succession planning for senior managers and an advisory service for members.

Stan holds an MBA, is an Accredited Commercial Mediator, an Accredited Associate of the Institute for Independent Business and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
